To experience mixture in person, please come by our store at 2210 Kettner Blvd. in the Little Italy area of San Diego, California. We are located in the heart of the Kettner Art & Design District, at the corner of Kettner and Ivy. Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am – 6pm, and Sunday 12pm – 5pm. Delivery and Lead Times:

Here at mixture, we always try to give accurate delivery and lead times on all products. We are determined to offer our customers variety and choices over immediate shipping times. Many of our special order items are not even produced until you order them. This is so that you can get exactly what you want.

These pieces are well worth the wait. After all, they are made specifically for you. Because of the choices we offer, you know that you are receiving products that will not show up on the cover of every catalog that comes in your mail. While we also continue to offer products that are popular, we strive to bring you new products, or at the very least, product options that are not offered to you elsewhere.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Returns:

mixture offers a guarantee of your satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept it back for a full replacement or store credit (less round-trip shipping fees) provided you notify us of your wish to return your purchase within seven days of receipt by sending an e-mail to us at mixture@mixturehome.com or calling us at 1.800.903.1913 to receive a return authorization. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused saleable condition. mixture will impose a 15% restocking fee for all return requests received after seven days of delivery. Return requests received after 14 days of delivery of merchandise will be declined. Special orders and non-stock items are sold at non-returnable terms and cannot be returned. Please call us if you have any questions.

Shipping:

Title to any product and risk of loss passes from mixture to you on shipment from our facility. You will be charged separately for shipping and handling, and all shipping and handling charges will appear on the checkout form when you submit an order.

mixture strives to find the most efficient and cost-effective shipping available. Shipping and handling charges are based on particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of product weight and size, how products can be safely and efficiently combined in packing and the method by which they can be shipped. Typically, shipping and handling charges range from 5% to 14% of your order. Because of the many different sizes of our products, it is often necessary to ship these items separately. We always try to get the most for your shipping dollars. Our shipping contractors include FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, UPS and national and regional LTL common carriers. To make sure to satisfy any overnight or rush requests, we ask that you please contact us at 1.800.903.1913 so that we may accurately assist you. We are happy to provide delivery quotes for items being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or any other international destination. Please contact the store for any special delivery requirements as well. Most orders ship FedEx Ground and take between 2-5 days transit time depending on your location.

Damages:

If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or store credit. Please be aware that many of our products are highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so please be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and merchandise tags for any item that you return to us. Why most of our furniture requires you contact the store:

We want to offer you the best service we can. We feel that we are able to do this more accurately in a real-time conversation coupled with the internet. We can also answer many questions through our email, mixture@mixturehome.com. We want to be able to let you know the many options that are available to you. We cannot always do this on our website. There are many configurations and fabrics that do not show well on the website, and we enjoy letting you know what these options are. So, please give us a call and let us know how we can help you.
