Michel Andrade
Michel Andrade moved to San Diego at the age of three where she has spent most of her life. Since childhood she remembers being inspired by colors and texture.After a short stint in the fashion industry she felt a call to paint. With very little formal training, she began to experiment using her hands and other applicators, layers, chemicals, and compounds to get color and texture. She discovered her unique voice through this process and has continued to mix mediums, oil, and now wax on canvas. Her colorful and edgy work has brought about an exciting new career and quickly growing following.
